Description: The team lines up for a group photograph. In turn, they are Squadron Leader A H Orlebar (captain), Flight Lieutenant F W Long, Flight Lieutenant J N Boothman, Flight Lieutenant G N Stainforth, Lieutenant G L Brinton RN, and Flying Officer L S Snaith. The aircraft, which Boothman is to fly, is a Supermarine S6B, number S1595. The engine is started and the plane wheeled down into the water. It takes off and is seen in flight. Then the second attempt, with Snaith at the controls (neither pilot is clearly visible). The plane is wheeled down to the water and again takes off.
